Extension of Deadline for Submitting Abstracts to IASP 2018 Isfahan Conference

The abstract submission deadline for the 35^thIASP World Conference in Isfahan has been extended until November 8^th, 2017.

In response to the large number of requests by the science park community to the IASP secretariat for an extension of the deadline to prepare their abstracts; and as there wasn’t much time for the IASP member community to gather their thoughts after returning home from the Istanbul conference, the organizer in Isfahan, ISTT, and IASP extended the deadline to offer two more weeks to guarantee the full range of quality speakers expected at an IASP World Conference.

The UN Sustainable Development Goals will be at the heart of the debate of IASP Isfahan, and some of the themes to choose from include:

How can new age STPs and AOIs contribute to the development of sustainable cities?
What are the opportunities for STPs, AOIs and cities in disruptive technologies such as 3D printing, virtual reality, AI and IoT?
What urban and social challenges can be addressed by STPs and other areas of innovation? How can they foster communities with integrated policies towards sustainability?
New trends or innovations in business incubation, acceleration and spin-off: how can entrepreneurship support growth and sustainabilityin STPs and AOIs?
